Born in 1938 in Kanagawa Pref. Japan. After graduation from Science and Engineering Faculty of Hihon University in Japan, joined Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd - Civil Design Department -, designing mainly bridge structures, highway structures, tunnels and foundations for heavy steel manufacturing machines etc. Afterwards worked as site engineer in various construction sites in Japan. In 1979, moved to Hong Kong Branch as Assistant Chief Designer. Mainly worked as designer and planner for Mass Transit Railway Projects and Power Stations etc. Also worked as adviser for designing, planning, contractual arrangement for various projects in Singapore, Bangkok etc. Currently successfully achieved planning, tendering and implementing for BOT based projects in Hong Kong. Activities out of the Company include; technical adviser in tunnels and tunnelling for Government Organizations of The Republic of Singapore and the Kingdom of Thailand ( JICA Expert ) ; visiting external lecturer for Post Graduate Course in Hong Kong University ; lecture/presentation at various International Congress/Conferences in Europe and Hong Kong.
